YIF Reaches more than 100 youth at mentorship programme at DMI

We successfully hosted the Youth Training and Mentorship Programme.A powerful and inspiring session designed to equip young innovators with essential skills for the future.

Bringing together over 100 young minds from DIT, NIT, CoET, CoICT, St. Joseph, Ardhi University, and DMI, the event created a vibrant space for learning, networking, and innovation.

Participants gained valuable insights in Pitching Skills, Project Presentation, and Effective Communication empowering them to confidently present their ideas and transform them into impactful solutions.

We were honored to have Salim A. Baabde, Director of Training and Professional Development at Amsons Group, who coached and inspired youth on professional growth and real-world readiness.

Additionally, CPA Deborah Wami shared valuable knowledge on fintech opportunities and upcoming boot camps, opening doors for youth to explore emerging financial innovation spaces.

Dr Thabit also guided participants through the fundamentals of developing strong and practical business plans — a key step in turning ideas into sustainable ventures.
